CareDx Settlement

The CareDx settlement provides eligible investors with an opportunity to recover losses from securities purchased during the class period. CareDx, Inc. agreed to pay $20.25 million to resolve allegations that it misled investors by making false statements about its kidney transplant testing business while engaging in improper billing practices.
