Where to Buy E-Vouchers

To apply, you must purchase an E-Voucher at a cost of GH¢220.00. These vouchers are available at the following sales centres across Ghana:

  • University of Cape Coast Accra Office, Tesano – Accra
  • All Ghana Post Offices nationwide
  • All branches of GCB, ADB, GT Bank, ARB Apex Bank, Republic Bank, Consolidated Bank, Zenith Bank, Prudential Bank, Cal Bank, National Investment Bank, and OmniBsic Bank

The sale of application vouchers ends on Friday, 14th June 2025. All completed application forms must be submitted by Friday, 21st June 2025.

  • Diploma in Basic Education (Science and Mathematics or Technical Science)

Duration: Three Sandwich Semesters, beginning in July 2025

Fees: GH¢3,648.00 for fresh students, GH¢3,774.00 for continuing students

College of Humanities and Legal Studies

Diploma in Transport and Road Safety Management

Admission Requirements:

  • Three credit passes in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies, Geography, and one elective subject
  • Certificates in road safety, fleet management, or relevant vocational/technical training

Target Group: Drivers in public and private transport sectors, government institutions, and educational bodies

Duration: Three long vacation semesters (8 weeks each), starting July 2025

Fees: GH¢4,105.00 for fresh students, GH¢3,500.00 for continuing students

Diploma in Social Behaviour and Conflict Management

Admission Requirements:

  • Certificate in Social Behaviour and Conflict Management (UCC)
  • WASSCE/SSCE with aggregate 24/36 or better in six subjects including English, Mathematics, and relevant electives
  • GCE ‘A’ Level passes in two subjects and ‘O’ Level credits in English and Mathematics
  • Other qualifications such as Teacher’s Certificate A, Stenographer Grade Two Certificate, and similar
