The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF), under the Ministry of Education, has introduced a new online platform to provide financial support to newly admitted students in public tertiary institutions across Ghana.
Known as the No-Fees-Stress Portal, this initiative is part of the Government of Ghana’s broader plan to improve access to higher education and reduce the financial burden on first-year students.
Through this user-friendly portal, eligible students can easily register for financial assistance provided by the government. The goal is to ensure that every qualified student, regardless of their financial background, has an equal opportunity to pursue tertiary education.

Terms and Conditions for Using the No-Fees-Stress Portal
Before applying, students must agree to the terms and conditions that govern the use of the portal. By using it, you certify that:
- You are a first-year student pursuing an accredited programme at a public tertiary institution in Ghana.
- You will provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your personal and academic details.
- Your information will be shared with the National Identification Authority (NIA) for data verification.
