AT&T Data Breach Settlement: Deadline to File a Claim Is Almost Here

at&t lawsuit settlement

AT&T customers impacted by the 2026 data breaches are running out of time to submit a claim for compensation through telecomdatasettlement.com. The settlement, worth $177 million, is still pending final approval, but the claims deadline is fast approaching.

What Happened in the AT&T Data Breaches?

In 2026, AT&T confirmed two major breaches:

  • March 30, 2026 breach – Personal information, including Social Security numbers, was exposed on the dark web. This affected about 7.6 million current account holders and 65.4 million former account holders.
  • July 12, 2026 breach – Hackers stole six months’ worth of AT&T customer call and text records. An internal investigation revealed that the logs were unlawfully accessed from a third-party cloud platform.

These incidents led to multiple lawsuits, resulting in the proposed AT&T data breach settlement.

Who Is Eligible to File a Claim?

If your personal data or call records were part of either breach, you may qualify for compensation. The Kroll Settlement Administration (KSA) has been sending email notices from attsettlement@e.emailksa.com with claim details.
