Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify if you:
- Lived in the United States at the time of the July 2026 data breach,
- Had personal information (such as name, Social Security number, or driver’s license number) exposed,
- Received a breach notification letter from WorkWave regarding the incident.
Settlement Benefits
1. Reimbursement of Monetary Losses (Up to $5,000 per person)
Class members may claim documented out-of-pocket expenses related to the breach, including:
- Fraud or identity theft losses not covered elsewhere,
- Attorney or accountant fees,
- Credit repair or monitoring costs,
- Fees for freezing or unfreezing credit,
- Postage, copying, or mileage tied to breach-related issues.
2. Free Identity Theft Protection
All claimants may receive two years of credit monitoring with $1,000,000 in fraud and identity theft insurance.
3. Pro Rata Cash Payments
After legal fees, administration costs, and valid expense claims, the remaining settlement fund will be distributed equally among approved claimants. The exact amount depends on the number of claims filed.
