Just In: WorkWave $1.5M Data Breach Settlement – Claims Now Open

August 18, 2026 – Victims of the July 2026 WorkWave data breach can now file claims in a $1.5 million class action settlement.

Consumers who received a breach notification letter from WorkWave may qualify for:

  • Up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented fraud or identity theft losses,
  • Two years of free credit monitoring with $1,000,000 identity theft insurance,
  • Additional cash payments from remaining settlement funds.

Key Deadlines

  • Exclude/Opt Out: October 6, 2026
  • Final Approval Hearing: October 15, 2026
  • Claim Filing Deadline: November 4, 2026

How to Claim

Eligible class members can submit a claim form online or by mail through the settlement administrator, Atticus Administration.

If you received a WorkWave breach notice, file your claim before November 4, 2026 to be considered for compensation.
