August 18, 2026 – Victims of the July 2026 WorkWave data breach can now file claims in a $1.5 million class action settlement.
Consumers who received a breach notification letter from WorkWave may qualify for:
- Up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented fraud or identity theft losses,
- Two years of free credit monitoring with $1,000,000 identity theft insurance,
- Additional cash payments from remaining settlement funds.

- Final Approval Hearing: October 15, 2026
- Claim Filing Deadline: November 4, 2026
How to Claim
Eligible class members can submit a claim form online or by mail through the settlement administrator, Atticus Administration.
If you received a WorkWave breach notice, file your claim before November 4, 2026 to be considered for compensation.
