The managements of some of the 46 public colleges of education in Ghana have stated giving admission notices in the form of SMS to qualified persons who applied into any of the programmes run by these institutions for the 2024/2025 academic year.
On Monday the 7th of October 2024, some applicants confirmed the receipt of these much-anticipated notices from the colleges they applied to.
Applicants who have not yet received any SMS from the colleges they applied to should not panic just yet. This is because only few out of the 46 public colleges of education have started giving admission notices to their applicants so far. Another reason why one may not receive any SMS yet could be network challenges preventing the SMS from reaching the mobile device.
Colleges that Released their Admission List So Far
Below is the list of some of the college of education admissions released as of 8th October 2024 include
- Accra College of Education
- Kibi Presbyterian College of Education
- Akrokerri College of Education
- Foso College of Education
- St. Joseph’s College of Education
- Wesley College of Education
- Komenda college of Education
- St. Monica’s College of Education
- Berekum College of Education among others.

Applicants who have not received any admission notice from any of the colleges they have applied to should do the following to be on the safer side.

- Select category eg. College of Education
- Select academic year
- Select school. Example St. Francis College of Education, Hohoe
- Now enter your application number and hit search
If you have been offered admission, you will be directed on how to access and print your admission letter using you application number and pin.
