The management of the National Service Scheme NSS has released PIN Codes for the 2023/2024 general enrolment of a total of 142,381 final year Ghanaian students.
This number constitutes final year students from 125 accredited tertiary institutions in Ghana who have so far enrolled to do their mandatory national service for the 2023/2024 service year. This means that the portal has been opened for all eligible final year Ghanaian students to register for the national service.
Note that this does not include individual defaulters who have applied to be enrolled to do the service this year. Their PIN Codes would also be released soon for their registration.
Hence, all eligible final year Ghanaian students are therefore required to log onto the scheme’s portal at www.nss.gov.gh to acquire their PIN Codes using their respective school index numbers and date of births.

After acquiring the PIN Code the next thing to do is to proceed to any ADB Bank nationwide, to make payment of GH¢ 40.0 to activate the PIN or do same through MTN MoMo platform by paying GH¢ 41.0 to commence the enrolment process.

Take note therefore that closing date for the registration is Saturday August 19, 2023.
The management of the scheme therefore urged all tertiary institutions that are yet to submit their supplementary final year list to do so as soon as possible to enable the scheme process them for enrolment for the 2023/2024 service year.
All eligible final year Ghanaian students are therefore advised by the scheme to make sure they personally complete the enrolment process to avoid errors that may subsequently affect processing for their deployment.
